Success Rates at Virginia IVF and
Andrology Center
Virginia IVF and Andrology Center are the IVF
laboratory component for four separate infertility
practices in Richmond. These four practices have
separate memberships with the Society for Assisted
Reproductive Technology (SART) and submit their
individual patient IVF outcomes to the Center for
Disease Control annually. To review the IVF success
rates for each of these programs, you are encouraged
to visit the CDC Web site and review the Assisted
Reproductive Technology Success Rates.
The four programs utilizing Virginia IVF and
Andrology Center are:

Virginia IVF
and Andrology Center began performing IVF procedures in
November, 1998. Below is the compilation of the
annual IVF procedure results for Virginia IVF and Andrology
Center for 1999, 2000 and 2001.
The results are categorized for patients undergoing
IVF or ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) for
patients under 40 years of age and patients 40 years
of age and older. ICSI is performed on patients when
there is evidence of sperm dysfunction.
